I really can't wait to visit here again. Ambiance is very cool, staff was Amazing at the bar and food was fresh and absolutely delicious.

Hammer & Fire is the hotel bar/restuarant in the lobby area of the Alloy hotel. Beautifully decorated, it has a grown and sexy vibe. It appears a reservation is not required because there isn't a direct line to make one, thankfully there was plenty of seating when we (party of 2) arrived on a Friday night. The food was really good. I will definitely go back, I see it as a really nice spot to have a chill night with a bite to eat/drink after shopping in the nearby KOP mall.

The food was amazing and the service was great. Read the reviews thinking it wasn't gonna be great. Nothing but good things best pork chops ever.

food is Amazing!!!!! Service is great too! Enjoyed my experience, Tracey was bartending and made the best dirty martini ever! And espresso martini!!!! love the lounge vibe. we really enjoyed our time there and will be back again!

This is a nice place to grab breakfast if you're staying at the hotel, the Alloy. Yes, it is pricey but that's to be expected with hotel breakfasts. The restaurant has a clean, modern ambience and the waitress was very friendly. Thankfully we did get a meal credit with our hotel reservation so we put that to good use. We both enjoyed our respective omelets and the side of pancakes was quite large. Overall, not a bad place to eat breakfast. Can't comment on the dinner menu since we didn't try it

Loved their bar area! Upscale, elegant with wonderful food and drinks. Make sure to stop by for their Happy Hour!

We stayed at the hotel and needed a quick dinner! I got the cuban. It was fresh and delicious! It hit the spot for a fast dinner that I could take to my room and eat.

Restaurant week is a great opportunity for you to check out restaurants you would never consider or cross your mind. Hammer & Fire is just one of those. There were some difficulty in locating the restaurant as the phone number is not readily listed when I googled it they answered as Double Tree Hotel. The restaurant is located in the lobby. However there isn't a label or sign outside to give you any clear direction of where to go. This space is beautiful and modern with a large bar The lobby or seating area before reaching the restaurant is beautifully decorated with oversize furnishings. Once inside the oversized furnishings continue for larger parties but they move down to scale for parties of four or smaller. Our server Jeremy was pleasant and professional. He gave us the rundown about the restaurant how new it is and he praised the Chef presentations of dishes. I ordered the kale salad which was delicious, nice glazed and slightly sweet pecans, strawberries and greens. It smelled and tasted very fresh. The New York strip steak was cooked as I requested it was juicy, tender and flavorful. Cream spinach is just that cream spinach however, I found the purple Sweet potatoes quite delicious, it was whipped like mashed potatoes. And I agree the presentation was very nice. For dessert I chose the blueberry cheesecake which had a blueberry glaze over a blueberry jam like gelatin, the final layer was the actual cheesecake and gram cracker crust. If you like blueberries you would enjoy this it wasn't overly sweet but flavorful. This was an overall good experience with many desirable items on the daily menu worth returning to try.
